Huatulco, Oaxaca – Meet Bryan Paschke. A Minneapolis, Minnesota native, Mr. Paschke’s approach has led him to the top of his field over the past 8 years in the real estate business. He was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2014 in his first year as agent, voted the Cultural Icon in an office of over 300 agents in 2016 and is consistently a top producer in the largest real estate office in Minnesota.

With an educational background in engineering and after spending several years as a packaging designer, he pursued a career in sales and landed at a large national lender as a loan officer. Engaging his entrepreneurial spirit, he opened a mortgage brokerage in 2004 which he maintained until 2013. During this experience, he was inspired to hop the fence into real estate because he was certain he could provide a superior customer service experience than those he witnessed as a mortgage broker.

Bryan visited Huatulco for the first time in 2017 and immediately fell in love with its beauty, culture and laid-back way of life. As an avid traveler escaping the cold, dark winters of the North, Bryan explored the Hawaiian Islands, Costa Rica and many beaches in the US but kept coming back to Huatulco for extended stays. After feeling like he was living half of his life grinding through winter he decided to combine his love for Huatulco and his professional goals of helping people achieve their real estate dreams.

About the Oaxaca Coast, Bryan says “People are moving here for the ocean, the small-town feel, the cost of living and laid-back lifestyle, the security, the schools, the proximity of the mountains, everything. These are the same reasons that I made the move so I understand where people are coming from and how they want to live.” Bryan says being the guide through the purchase process is what he enjoys most about his work.

Being an active outdoorsman, he takes full advantage of all that Huatulco has to offer. You will find Bryan casting for snook on Playa La Bocana, surfing its waves, dragging baits in the Pacific for giant dorado and marlin or playing golf at Las Parotas.
