Pro Surfer Sebastian Williams Rides the Wave with Bayside Real Estate

Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca – January 31, 2024 – Bayside Real Estate is thrilled to announce the signing of pro surfer Seb Williams, a dynamic talent hailing from the surf community of Puerto Escondido. The signing celebration took place on January 30th at Casa Zee in Costa Cumana, marking a significant milestone in the collaboration between Seb Williams and Bayside Real Estate.

Seb Williams, at the age of 22, has already etched his name in the annals of professional surfing. As the Central American and Caribbean champion and securing the 9th place worldwide in the ISA World Surfing Games in 2023, Williams is a force to be reckoned with in the global surfing scene.

Born and raised in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Seb Williams is not just a surfer; he is a homegrown talent whose journey began on the waves of Chacahua Island. He lives part-time in Chacahua. His parents, Tim Williams from South Africa and Dalia, from Puerto Escondido, nurtured his passion for surfing from an early age. The family’s global travels served as a catalyst for Seb’s growth, with stints in California and South Africa shaping his exceptional skills.

The young prodigy’s accomplishments include a two-year reign as the South African national champion, a gold medal in the Juegos Nacionales CONADE 2023, and an impressive 17th place finish in the WRV Outer Banks Pro Competition held in North Carolina.

Seb Williams embodies the spirit of Puerto Escondido, and his partnership with Bayside Real Estate is a testament to the shared commitment to excellence. This collaboration not only signifies a union of talent but also celebrates the rich surfing heritage of Puerto Escondido. Sebastian plans on competing a lot this year, entering the World Surf League World Tour.

The signing party held January 30^th, also welcomed Roger Ramirez, Maya Larripa, and Nesher Diez to the team. The crowd enjoyed the afternoon at Casa Zee, a luxury oceanfront villa with pool, large sun deck, sleeping up to 20, just steps to the beach. Casa Zee is managed by Bayside Vacations.
